Someone.

Terms, in plain words

What Someone is

Someone reads the profile you give it and generates a free verdict on how you come across and, if you buy it, the Blueprint: a personal brand document built around the goal you tell us. The verdict and the Blueprint are generated by AI, built on rules and judgment from professional brand and communications practice.

Your side of the deal

You are 18 or older. You submit only your own profile, CV, and materials, or materials you have the clear right to use. You do not use Someone to assess, judge, or write about other people. You do not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse the service.

The Blueprint

The Blueprint is $29, paid once through Stripe. It is generated from your materials and your answers, delivered to a private link and your email, and it is yours: use it, edit it, publish from it freely. If the positioning line does not feel like you, reply to your delivery email and tell us what is off, and we will regenerate your document once.

Honesty about results

Someone gives you clarity, words, and a plan. It cannot promise outcomes: no specific job, client, follower count, or search ranking. Your results depend on what you do with the document, and building anything on claims that are not true is on you. We never invent achievements for you, and you should not either.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. If something goes wrong with your purchase or your Blueprint fails to generate, email hello@someonebrand.com and we will make it right.

Ours and yours

Your materials remain yours. The Blueprint we generate for you is yours. The Someone name, site, design, and the system that does the work remain ours.

The service itself

Someone is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate, available, and fair, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
